Eco Furs

The coat that can be 7-in-1 is inspired by the busy career ladies who opt for unique, ecological and functional daily wardrobe. In it the old but again trendy, hand-sewn Scandinavian Rya Rug textile is reinterpreted in a modern way which results in fitted woolen garments that are like furs in terms of their performance. The difference is in detail and animal and environment friendliness. Along the years the Eco Furs have been tested in different European winter climates that has helped in developing the qualities of this coat and the other recent pieces into perfection.

Vogel

A contemporary women’s wear line with strong mathematical underpinnings, VOGEL celebrates the pure, enigmatic beauty concealed within geometric relationships. Inspired by the metamorphic qualities and delicate intricacy of origami, VOGEL is at once ethereal and architectural. An intensive exploration of traditional paper folding techniques, centered on the deconstruction and manipulation of the paper crane informed the development of silhouettes, garment components and original digital prints.

The Hostess

Daria Zhiliaeva's graduate collection is about femininity and masculinity, strength and fragility. The collection's inspiration comes from an old fairy tale from Russian literature. In this collection you can see the beautiful marriage of straight lines, as inspired by miner's uniforms, and the graceful volumes of Russian national costume. Team-members: Daria Zhiliaeva (designer), Anastasiia Zhiliaeva (designer's assistant), Ekaterina Anzylova (photographer)

The Remains

Inspiration is from Chinese Relics, “Ceramics” is the most representation which is most popular no matter from the royal and people. In my study, even today the core Chinese Aesthetic standards of fashion and Feng Shui (interior and environment design) are unchanged. They like see-through, layering and wishing. I would like to design a Qipao to bring the implication and feature of ceramics from the old dynasty to contemporary fashion. And provokes people who are forgotten their culture and ethnicity whenever we are in i-generation.
